The racers were not the only ones that earned points....3 rear ends and 1 tranny. hehe Thanks to everyone that came out and supported the track tonight. I was glad to hear some personel best times were set tonight. After the oil down was fixed the track really got some teeth. Thanks again for the support. Re(1): Hey, Thanks for asking. NAH! The plans didn't come together for Ennis as far as participating. Also The "Loo-Mina" needs more work, that it was gonna get ANYWAY!. We weren't able to get the Cog-Drive and the other stuff installed and tested. Car is gonna be worked on this week though, and some parts upgraded and gonna start the tune-up process all-over again because of it. We were initially just going to bring it to try and qualify to say we had "DID THAT !!! " It's DRAG RACING though. Anything could have happened!! <>Smile<>. Whiz , I got it tore down yesturday. As of right now it looks like it just blew a head gasket. Everything in the bottom end looks good. I'm not sure about the head though it looks a little rough. Just heard that SHANE STUBBS (Eric Stubbs Brother) has set the new record for the TEXAS-MILE in his class at 259 MPH. Shane rides one bike and OWNS and rides the other. The OTHER bike went 252 at the TEXAS MILE. CONGRATS to you Mr. Shane STUBBS and Mr. Eric Stubbs. I've seen that Black Bike down at Eric Stubbs Racing in Pasadena,Tx. That's a really NICE piece of work there ERIC. Eric has some really "Trick" Fab work on the bike. Looking forward to MORE bike records being set by SHANE at the Texas Mile.
