Langston/Native American Genealogy

Thank you very much for helping me with my Genealogical Research.
As far as I know, my Great Grandfather’s name was Alfred Langston. He was a slave, until the year 1861, in the State of Georgia near the South Carolina border. My Grandfather, William Henry Harrison Langston, said that he was mixed with the Native American Lumbee Indian tribe. I am trying to find out if my Great-Grandfather, Alfred Langston, was married to a member of this tribe or any other Native American Tribe.
