Have you tried using the Microsoft XML library (MSXML.DLL)? It has the ability to send HTTP requests in the form of GET, POST, PUT, or PROPFIND. It can even send data in raw XML with no problems (using <[CDATA[...]]> or ASP.Server.HtmlEncode>. Take a look at the following module:
