There is a large banner outside of a bicycle shop near my house that reads "If you're not angry, you haven't been paying attention. Vote!"
Without disclosing my political preferences, I'd like to urge all of you to vote next Tuesday. Anyone who thinks that his/her vote doesn't count has not been on the planet for the past four years.
The right to vote is something that has been paid for over the years with too many lives - those who fought to establish the right, and those who fought and continue to fight to protect it. We dishonor them all if we do not take advantage of this constitutional right.
