RAF at China Lake

I have seen that the RAF has an operation, High Rider, at China Lake Naval Air Weapon Station, CA. There are supposed to be Harriers, Typhoon, Hercules and Globemaster aircraft deployed there. Is this the unit which was called SAOEU? If so, sure would like to know its proper name.
