During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Who's Panicking?

The woods were a welcome sight, the healthy trees a gentle reminder that not all of Blossom Forest was a wreck. The sounds of birds chirping in the trees was much better than the cracking trees, striking lightning and the desolate emptiness of the aftermath. The weight of what had gone on still hung on one wolf though, her tail limply brushing the tall grass as she walked beside her brother.

Silence did not feel like leaving Hope. There was no real telling what she might do. A gleam had appeared in her eyes that was not the same. She had bouts of depression before suddenly changing to being happy and again switching to her normal strong and proud self. Though she claimed she was okay, Silence did not believe her and hoped Takara wouldn’t mind if the former alpha of the Bright Moon pack joined them.

Lamonderay of course would have to be faced, and the sudden freedom that he had gained from the male’s protective watch and the source of frustration to fight had brought up Silence’s temper. He’d had a bad enough time trying not to anger the Alpha male under normal circumstances as Lamonderay had been protective of Takara even before the two even knew each other’s names. At least he’d kept Takara from the damage of the hail and all in hopes to protect her. Of course there was that bolt…but she was still alive.

Still alive and kicking as it was. The howl that sliced through the forest sounds brought both the white figure’s heads up as their mindless chatter broke. Silence was at once ready to take off to meet Takara, but he paused as Hope stood still.

”You think she’ll let me stay?” Her voice was soft, and for a moment Silence was reminded of her younger and more uncertain self. She had looked to him until he started becoming rash in some of his actions and set up standards of her own. She had made a good leader, and to see her deflated like this was mollifying.

”Would you let one like you stay?”

Hope stared at him blankly for a moment before shifting slightly as if shrugging and started off towards Takara and Atae. Silence watched her for a moment, frustrated that he should point that out before following. He moved faster, nudging her shoulder as he passed before breaking into a run. Hope caught the meaning of it and chased after him. A simple game of tag was hardly a thing you’d expect of them, and yet it was a welcome distraction.

Silence led the way, knowing the terrain better than most of the wolves here as he had been one of the few who stayed after the old Alpha had left. He let Hope get close before speeding up again, twisting away when she came close. All the time he moved on in the direction Takara had called from, and soon enough he broke through the last barrier between the two groups.

Pulling to a halt before he bowled the two over, Silence straightened and attempted to pull on a more serious façade. Hope’s sudden appearance was more controlled, and she stopped easily. The sight of Takara though brought her light mood back down and she lowered to the ground in an attempt to show she meant no harm. She knew what she was doing, and as she waited for Takara to say something, Silence moved away, knowing it was between the two. His own respect of course was paid as he gave a hint of a smile towards the mother and daughter and lowered his head to the two, tail wagging slightly behind him at the small reunion.

((>.< That post sucked. I have no imagination right now.))
