It's hard to say if the crack and doors are a problem without first looking at them and the rest of the structure.

Although doors that bind or swing closed by their self and cracks in the brick veneer may indicate some problems, they are just a few pieces of a puzzle.

Determining whether or not they are a problem will include a structural inspection to determine if there has been any excessive movement, an inspection of the slab, brick veneer and windows and doors.

Only after an inspector looks at all of these things will he/she be able to tell if there is a problem or not.
