The Valley
Between the Meadow and the Field is the third of Beqanna’s Common Grounds. A rolling valley is bisected by a broad and shallow river. The grass is thick and lush, and this is a good place for a stallion to live with his family if he does not yet have a herd land.

This would be Cin's first time visiting the Valley, also his first time attempting to recruit somewhere that wasn't the Field. He stepped into the land and let out a loud, ear piercing whinny. He waited paitiently for someone to arrive before he began speaking.
"Hello my fellow citizens! I am Cinemax of the Chamber of Evil. I assure you I will cause you no harm and I think you all know why I'm here." He paused, smiling at everyone. "I am not here to steal your loved ones away from you, I am here to ask you to join our wonderful Kingdom. There's a place for everyone there. We have The Academy, which is what caste I am in, The Embassy, The Citadel and The Military. I can't really explain these to you right now, because I have not been there long myself nor have I talked to Mannequin or Eris lately." He paused again to make sure everyone was listening before continuing on.
"If you want to help make a difference in our community, this is the way to go. We, at the Chamber, can provide you with a second home, or if you have none or are wanting to give up your current one, we can provide you with company, shelter, food, places to explore, people to meet, and assignments to fulfill." He stopped for a moment before finishing off his little speech. "If you have any comments or questions, now would be the time to ask them. Thank you for listening!" Cin stepped back to allow room for others. He ended with a polite smile and a nod of his black head, surveying the crowd with bittersweet chocolate eyes.
