Everyone is welcome from all orgs and nationalities, just turn up on the day, weigh in and do some lifting. I have a map as well to the venue which I have sent to Maurice to post up which shows the exact location as well. The venue is a large martial arts gym and should be a good venue for a comp. If anyone knows a good place close by to get sandwiches and soap etc for the comp , you might contact me so I can arrange some food for the day
