This is The Dump, where humans throw out their trash. This is a place to come and scrounge for food if there is a famine, or you just don't want to hunt. There are many dogs around here! And humans sometimes will come and shoot wolves just because they hate them. Some things in the trash are poisoned, or very harmful, such as plastic bags or chocolate. This isn't very healthy either, and there are plenty of things to hurt yourself on.

OOC: They're not at the pound or down town because they escaped. Dogs do it all the time. Stray dogs save people from wild animals all the time, too. That's what God made them to do.
