Only mature, well-established rollinias can withstand frost. I would suggest raising them in pots and protecting them until they are at least a couple of feet tall before planting them out in your area; waiting until next spring before putting them into the ground would be a good idea. For the first several years you'll want to protect them during cold fronts as well (blankets and light bulbs work pretty well in frost-prone areas in Florida).

A bigger problem for rollinia survival than occasional frost, however, is low average monthly temperatures. They can withstand frost damage only if temperatures rise again quickly enough to ensure rapid regrowth to replace damaged tissue; if temperatures remain consistently low, the trees are likely to continue to decline. I doubt rollinias will survive if your average temperatures during winter months are below 55 F. Still, give it a shot - they'll make a great conversation piece if anything.
