In the year 1999, the wizarding world is at peace. Voldemort was defeated by the Chosen One Harry Potter two years ago, when he was only seventeen. But seventeen is a truly special age for all young witches and wizards; it is the coming of age, where teenagers become young adults and are forced to fend for themselves by finding a job and making their own money. Of course, there are plenty of different jobs to get: there are always open spots at the Ministry or St. Mungos, or perhaps you are interested in working or owning at a shop in Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade? Yes, everyone has seemed to have settled down, even the Golden Trio themselves, and all who had once surrounded them.

In the last couple of weeks, some of the top Aurors at the Ministry of Magic have taken note that there has been a sharp decrease in Death Eater activity. Some of the more notable Death Eaters were being tracked by Aurors...until they suddenly seemed to dissapear off the map. Whispers have threaded their way into the ears of all of the wizarding community, saying that there must be a reason why all the lingering evil has up and gone. Some of the wizards and witches with Death Eater ties have heard that Theodore Nott, a former Slytherin and a classmate of Harry Potter, has been banding together the remaining Death Eaters, werewolves and dementors to avenge the fall of the Dark Lord. No one knows just how powerful Nott has become, or if what these people are saying is even true...but one thing is for sure.
