Hi Brian,
Detoxifying with the pads is not necessarily a one shot deal. Most health professionals suggest "cleansing" with them 2-3 times a year so doing more than 2/night may not be necessary since you can do another cycle in a few months.
However I would consult with the health professional that is guiding you since he/she knows you best.
