Cliffs these lands are, but not just regular ones. Filled with wildflowers and tender grass, it is a beauty, especially with what seems like gemstones embedded into the rock.
This land is closed. It is no longer habitable.

Neither of the children led the way. Misotal watched where they were going and Sythe held Miso up when he stumbled. It was a good oiled machine (except when Sythe's personality roared out and Misotal's 'let's pretend everything's peachy' personality ignored her). At the moment, both kids stood together, the colt's bay head lifted high, searching. "There."
Sythe still wasn't pleased with this whole situation, but right now, she was exhausted. Her baby tummy grumbled in constant remainder to the fact that neither of the kids had eaten since their mum left (though, in all honesty, either was almost old enough to eat grass). "Let him come to us," she muttered, "I'm tired." And with that, she slid down to her knees and sighed - a great, big, 'god I'm exhausted' sigh.
Misotal glanced down at his sister and settled down beside her, his crippled leg sliding out to his right. As Sythe laid her little black head across his back (her blind eyes remaining open and her twitching, over-sized ears alert), Misotal nickered a quiet greeting to their benefactor.
