Vincent, the final decision has not been reached and neither has any negotiated settlement, as of yet. However, the association still has to pay Carrington for his services during this process. Hopefully, Mr. Carrington will be able to negotiate a more favorable settlement. But in the meantime he has to be paid for his efforts and time.
