Hearing for Cost
IP: 205.188.117.9

Our attorney, Mr. Carrington, presented Mr. Cohen, the Board's attorney, with a settlement offer of $60,000. To date we have not had a reply from the board and their attorney. At this point the only information that is available is that the cost will be somewhere between $60,000 - $115,000. The amount, if any, is truly up in the air. It is still possible that the Judge will come back with a different figure, but that is an unknown. The Judge has made it abundantly clear that he is on track to award cost. We would think that our pension board would be a little more responsive however, why should they change now.
