Brothers and Sisters,
It is time for all to dig deep into your pockets to continue to increase our account so as we may pay OUR bill. The exact amount is not important at this time the only important thing is that we support the named eleven. Everyone must remember that the amount of the Motion for Cost must be paid and that any monies awarded or agreed to will have to be paid by ALL of us. Not just the named eleven. There are close to 450-500 members listed in the declaratory action and it is those who will have to anti-up. If the total is $115,000 and there were 450 members then each share is roughly 257.00 per member. If everyone would sent $50 a month for the next six month all the money would have been collected and OUR debt would be paid. I realize that everyone is waiting to know the final amount but we need to start sending in money now. Any monies not used or needed to pay the COST will be returned.
