Now that the stock market is down and things don't look good for the rest of the year, how will that effect the june 2008 13th check? I remember that we didn't get one because even tho the fund made money to pay it was in a loss mode at the time we were due to get the check. Has the new law changed that? I think we are in court over this same issue.
