ljp said on 2-21-07 that the 13th check would be 12,000-13,000 The fund he said had gained 20%. and on 9-28-07 he said it would be 12,000,then on 10-05-07 he again said it would be 12,000. Now on 11-05-07 he says it will be 11,000 yet the fund has gained over 23%. Go figure.
Now he sounded real good about the Parker law suit,making it sound like it was in the bag.So far the pension fund has paid their attorney 55,237.00 and this is just month four. How much is this law suit going to cost and who is going to pay if it is lost?
I think LPJ needs to keep quiet until all the information is out and not mislead the retirees and spouses.
I just wondered who he gets his facts from or is he just a guy that likes to hear himself talk.I don't know who LPJ is but I wonder if all this stuff he puts out is written on his outhouse walls.
