I'm sorry David, I was being a smart aleck. Chairman Lynch's letter was very clear that they are not near any settlement one way or the other. Any resolution was several months away and may not result in any payment. I would like to believe that they owe us the money, but what I believe and what we can prove have been proven to be two separate things.
