Am I missing something or is there some one who can tell me what is going on. Was the 2004 13th check voted on to be paid with some things to be done?
I read the letter from the pension board that I got today and it seems to me that everything is status quo. On going law suite,no settlement made,may or may not get a 2004 13th check.
If you haven't gotten you letter just wait and see. You can also find it on the pension board webb site.
What say you Larry and LJP.
If all is well maybe in spring or summer it would be paid.
P.S. Im'm sorry Mark Hamlin got his feelings hurt but shouldn't a vote be made on the merits of the case and not on the fact that you are mad at a certain group? Are all his votes in the future going to be based on how his ego rather on the facts and what is best for the pension fund and or certain groups?
