To all Retirees,
I have checked on who gets the 13th. Check and under what circumstances. Here it is.

A Retiree is eligible for a 13th. Check once they have been retired for one year. After a year of separation, a Retiree becomes eligible for the check. Afteer becoming eligible, if a Retiree pases away during the year, their spouses or estate gets the full check amount, for that year only. After that, spouses are eligible for half of the 13th. Check. Hope this answers the questions that many have about who is eligible and who gets paid how much.
