Winter was coming to a close, but that did not mean warm breezes. The breeze that stirred through the bare willows this afternoon was a cold bitter one. The lazy winter sunlight casted swaying shadows through the willow boughs onto the snow still blanketing the ground, adding to the quiet serenity of Willow Forest. It was beautiful day yes, but only to the eye. Tain hardly seemed to notice. Being his father’s (as well as his mother's) only son put great responsibilities on his withers that he was determined to see through as being his father's rightful heir. The response that he received from the painted stallion was something he'd hardly expected. With a loud snort of clear distaste, the young stallion shook his head at the other. "I believe if I had wanted your name, I would have asked for it first." He lowered his head ever so slightly, eyes hard with authority. "Now. What brings you here?" Tain showed no fear in his bold reply to MoriMori. And if he had been joking or unsure of his position, that confidence wouldn't be there in his voice, his dark eyes, or in his proud stance. Though he was young still, Tain's body screamed power... from the deepness of his chest, his strong correct legs, to the muscle building up under his charcoal pelt.
