During the day, sentries guard the sleeping. When the sky is dark and the moon dances with the stars, this is when the real fun begins. Munashii Gekko's forest is the only haunt where you can find your local misfits all in one place. A land of the forbidden and forgotten, a place that is riddled with dangers of a whole different kind. The wolves here have long misplaced their rightful minds, and now live like creatures damned to prowl and lurk through the night. It's easy to lose yourself here, sanity was sure to fade away and wither; there was never anything normal about this nefarious nest. The silent threats that whispered in the breeze were enough to deter even the largest of demons around. It was not strength nor wit that ensured your survival here with Eric, and challengers would be torn down with a morose lethality - there was nothing left in his cold blue eyes that promised mercy to anyone who dared to overstep their worth. So, would you give up the sun for the moon and stars? Do you have enough vigor to become a well regarded sentry? - Put on a game face to step up and pass the sepia king's test or turn and leave before he catches your scent. You never know who wants to snack on your delicious blood in this forest.

Hope watched the black female carefully, finding herself a little curious as to how she would respond to the names she had given. Her blue eyes narrowed a bit as the female said she would not name the wolf. Perhaps then she would be right to think of him as a coward, if it was truly Waptumewi who had told this wolf to come. Yet, he had done so much for her, had practically saved her brother’s life, and then left quickly and avoided her at all costs.

Ah, so this female was also a sister to a wolf of high ranking. Although Silence was not the Alpha here, Hope had come to see his growth in decision making when Takara was gone. Deep down though, they were siblings, and that one was officially deemed higher than the other did not lessen the bond that they had grown as pups. Silence still listened to her, and it had nothing to do with her time as Alpha.

Then it was the description of the injured wolf, and Hope listened with the same air of slightly impatient and an uncaring attitude. To have a leg broken by a kick would’ve brought unbearable pain, more so to know that it may never heal properly. Hope understood the plea then, yet found herself hesitant to help.

It was the appearance of her brother which made her pause, his form moving in relation to his name. Hope still bugged him about his ability to move with little sound, finding it unfair that a large wolf could walk so delicately. He stopped not far from her side, facing the two as if not to take a side. He must’ve dealt with the male then who had called before. Silence had that amused glint in his eyes, and Hope hated him for it. It meant he thought she was being childish again, and she knew he was right. But she had decided she would at least go take a look at the leg before he had showed up.

“I am curious. What is it you think I can do to help?”

It was a question she wanted answered before she would fully agree. If this wolf was going on blind faith in a male who was ghostly in his encounters with her, then she wanted to know why. Had she been told of the powers once doled out in a forgotten war? Or was she simply going on a desperate instinct to find something worth while? Anything that could help.

Silence too cocked his head, blue eyes watching Atra. He didn’t show aggression as he had deducted already that it was not needed, but stood relaxed and completely ready to move should he feel threatened. A wolf in control, if one could recognize it.
