If we are to be sent a "proxy ballot" with the names of the new board members on it wouldn't it be just as simple to send a ballot and allow us to vote for the candidates? I don't see the benefit of voting for the Board Members AFTER they are elected. If we can do that why can't we vote for the candidate we want BEFORE the election?
