Hello Prince.
Firstly do you mind me asking what part of the world are you living in at present?
I was intrigued by your " pay it forward " proposal via e-gold. I have only just the other day heard of e-gold and will be making further investigations into this resource.
Here in my country about 3 years ago I received a letter in the post outlining the exact same proposal as what you speak of , except in this instance it was being introduced via postal mail & only requiring a small amount of money also , of $10. I spoke with my husband & he agreed there was really nothing to lose by trying it. They suggested a minimum of 200 letters . I followed the exact details of what to do & that was as I said roughly 3 years ago & nothing came of it. Then just 3 weeks after I had sent all mine off there was a short public warning on one of our local T.V shows stating that it was a scam and for people to be forewarned.
I myself thought it was a creative concept and recognized instantly that if it was handled honestly it had potential for every person to win. A win/win scheme. I believe in the universal law of attraction , what you give is what you get , just as what we sow is what we reap etc...what I call " pay it forward " Even though nothing came back from it for me personally I still recognize its potential.
However I do question why it did not work ?
