Tusen takk for your reply! Now I know why they wrote Storløkka and Storhaugen on Rangdi Jacobsdatter's Minnesota death certificate for her mother and father. I will assume Storhaugen was a hussmansplass on Strandeeiet and that Storløkka was a cottage on Kjoseiet. I had not checked this site for a couple weeks and was so very pleased to see your response. That is why I did not respond quickly. I have a copy of Form 40 and am a member of Hadeland Lag, so I can access all of the forms online. I have written a book about Rangdi Jacobsdatter's husband, Johannes Andersson Melquist. I worked for over a year using Genline.com, a subscription-based Swedish website, to find the church records for Johannes and his ancestors. I am currently working on a book about his wife, Rangdi Jacobsdatter and her ancestors and family. I am using Digitalarkivet church records to do this. I would love to send you information to help you fill out Form 40. I will send you the information later today, Ole. Once again, thanks so very much for your help.
