this is crazy. I have been looking for this hans torgersen aka hans hoff for a year and a half! This is the closest I have come to finding him. No wonder he changed his name and didn't talk about his family. Do you know anything about his descendants from Anders and Martha Marie? I have a huge list of names in my ancestry.com tree under hyde-hoff07 if you want to see his tree in U.S.
