That is what the proposed plan will do. Once the fund is built up (after the first year hopefully) Retirees will get a monthly check to helpoffset the cost of our health care premiums. Everyone will get the same amount each month. It is believed that the monthly checks would be somewhere between $1,000 and $1200 a month. The total will depend onhow well the investment fund does. Hope this clarifies your question.
