The intereest owed to all Retirees for the 2004 13th. Check is still pending. The attorneys couldn't come to an agreement on the interest rate so now it has to go before the Judge. He will decide if we get Statutory Interest or an interest the equivalent to what the fund earned during the time since June of 2005, when the check should have been paid. Bottom Line: No one really knows when it will finally be settled.
That is all I know about the matter. Will post for all as soon as I get the word.
