If you review the list of attendees at these reunions, there is little change in the names from year to year. The same core of "high-roller" attendees attend the same gala each year. For my wife and I to attend, I estimate the cost, at a minimum, to be well in excess of $3800, and that kind of money is well beyond the means of retired enlisted men I know. I heard about a group of CTs that has held two national reunions already, which are held at a free public venue. The main "program" is fellowship with your former shipmates, and things like food, lodging, and other activities are left up to the individual attendees to arrange. Anybody know how to get in contact with this group?
