GOLDEN RULE > Power is developed under 60 meters > Speed is developed between 60 meeters and 100 meters.

OTHER GOLDEN RULE TO IMPROVE SQUATS AND DEADLIFTS WHEN SLED TRAINING > Keeps hips in extension for the first 8 to 12 yards > Flex hips (get upright) the rest of the distance.

Lean total body, do NOT bend waiste (this is not a body lean).

Speed development is an entire new language and world as is powerlifting. The transition will come naturally into powerlifting if the techniques of speed are mastered.
