I have seen one up by the windmill. The last couple of weekends during the Carden Brid Blitz point counts we had a lot of them in the interior of the Cameron and Windmill ranches. One spot you might stop and listen is at the gate on the left side of the road just north of the Sedge Wren Marsh (there is an old barn on the right side there). We had Clay Colored Sparrows not too far in on the road into the ranch.
