The Tampa Fire & Police Pension Fund will be presenting the second in a series of quarterly Retirement Education Workshops on Monday, December 1st and Tuesday, December 2nd. The workshops will be repeated four times over both days. Each workshop will be approximately 1½ hours PLUS time for questions & answers. Refreshments will be provided.
Times are as follows:
Monday, December 1st, 10:00 a.m. & 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, December 2nd, 10:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m.
The topics for the workshops are as follows:
-Discovering the power of your pension
-Learning the secrets to successful investing in turbulent times
-Uncovering simple but valuable retirement planning strategies and solutions anyone can use
The workshops will be held at The Corporate Training Center at Hillsborough Community College, 39 Columbia Drive, Tampa FL 33606.
The workshops are open to all Tampa Fire & Police Pension Fund members, active and retired, and their spouses/significant others. Please limit one guest per member. Advanced registration is NOT required.
While each of the workshops will be beneficial to retirees, based upon several requests, the one scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1st will be adapted with current retirees in mind.
