#59 at CMS

This is car #59, (picture is of my uncle, Chuck Huddleston), driven by Arkie Ramey and owned by Art Leidig (my dad) who also owned Artís Generator in Canton. I am thinking that this was about 1968 or 69. My dad had Gordon Powell paint the Snoopy on the car and had the whole car painted Amethyst, just for me! Gordon also had a car, driven by Gary Miday. As a kid, I spent every Saturday during racing season at Canton Motor Speedway and Sundays at Midvale. I have a great memories of all the races and all the friends that were there. We didnít win a lot, but my dad loved racing!! It was great to see some of the familiar names on this site. ĖCheryl (Leidig) Stansell
