Scott, the board tried to make a request to the Attorney General a while back and we were informed that the pension board or a member of such would have to make the request. That is the reason Maxey was trying to get the board to request the opinion. It is not a surprise that they will not request an opinion. However, they would gladly spend the pension money to fight any detractors.
