The air is heavy as you make your way through unknown territory, as you pause to sniff the air a drop of rain falls onto your nose. It is soon followed by another and another and soon the rain is pelting down in sheets, soaking you to the bone. The clouds are an angry purple and the menacing drumming of thunder rolls over the sky. Squinting your eyes against the blinding water you find yourself at the edge of a large, dark pine forest. You are too desperate for shelter to notice the scents that mark the border and plunge in, and nearly into the chilly stream that runs through the territory. You veer away and as you are shaking the water out of your fur you notice a large pair of icy blue shards gazing at you. The storm has passed now and beams of sunlight filter through the thick canopy of pines, illuminating a massive male wolf not three feet away from where you stand.

His pelt looks like a bad patchwork job of black and white and beneath them you see large, hard bands of steely muscle and you know this is a warrior for his torso is marred with many battle scars. His banner curls over his back and his lips are drawn, exposing sharp ivory daggers. When he speaks his voice is deep and dominant, like the thunder you so recently heard.

"Wolf, you have found yourself in the terra of the Andere Seite Pack. I am Eclipse, king of this land."

It is only then that you notice another pair of lanterns gleaming in the penumbra and a dark-pelted fae slinks out into the clearing to stand next to the king, her own banner waves and her green and blue eyes bore into you. She is the same size as most males and a crisscrossing pattern of scars show that she too can take care of herself. Her voice is cold and has a snake-like sound to it yet you can see they are both fair rulers.

"And I am Nephthys, queen of Andere. We don’t care much for strangers so you must make your choice, Submit to us now or flee our lands and never return. If you fail to do either you will have little time left to regret it."

The formidable pair pierces you with their gaze and you feel as if all your secrets spill out before them. You are left with a decision now. Will you submit and take refuge in this dark forest or will you flee and never know what secrets these trees hide? Make haste, you can see that the pair grow tired of waiting.

[OOC: I know, I know, multiple posting is wrong, but Greenie is away and everyone had been waiting quite a while, so I really have no other choice. Sorry for the small amount of power playing involved, but t’was necessary to make things move faster. Also, I deem that the wolf is OUTSIDE the border]

Plague picked up speed, not really liking the feeling his had in his gut; something told him something wasn’t right. He knew it was an instinct and the moment he spotted another pack mate possibly welcoming a wolf standing at the border, he didn’t like the look of the newcomer and he silently crept closer, being undetectable was one of his many great traits that made him so suited to alphaship. He listened to their conversation and when the fae asked him whether he had made up his mind yet, Plague snarled, not only was he not submitting, he was jerking her around and being a total jerk in Plague’s mind. He felt his hackles spike over his well muscled frame, his large, well muscled frame, which couldeasily dispose of this eejit in seconds, but there might not need be for it if the brute played nicely nice.

Plague stepped out from cover, his paws hardly making a sound on the soft, untreated powder. He stepped up to the brute, his eyes harsh, certainly not void of emotion, if anything, you could see a certain virility and grit, a certain sense of power and pride, but above all, he was slight pissed off at the games the brute was playing with his new family. Already he felt a certain protection over them and he would do right by them as best he could. A certain sardonic smile came over Plagues lips and he spoke, his eyes filling with the look of a rabid, lust-filled mutt. Perhaps he was not too far from the land of the sane, but Plague could sometimes be one hell of a crazy bastard to play with and yes, somebody always died at the end of his games. The smile disappeared and his smoky voice came out so harshly and cold, the strange brute knew he would either have seconds to live or seconds to run, either way, he was most definitely not getting into Andere Seite.

Don’t bother answering her question, just get away from my border.

Once he had gone, Plague turned to the fae and gave a slight bow, by now she would of noticed his banner curled aggressively over his spine, showing his dominant position. Alpha. He spoke like a gentleman and politely so, he wanted them to like him, to accept him, but if they didn’t, well, they’d have to learn to, that was the deal. Still, time for introductions.

…and you miss? What might your name be? I am Plague, the new alpha of these lands and leased to meet you.
