“I personally believe”. There in lies the problem. How about making a decision based on what is the right thing to do as opposed to what your personal beliefs are. Your fiduciary responsibility is to do what is right and just for all the members, not just the ones “you personally” feel you should represent. I “personally believe” you and the rest of the board should be tar and feathered for the way you have treated the retirees in the past. I would never condone it because it is not the right thing to do. See how easy that is. I’m curious do you “personally believe” in honor and integrity. Replies:
