Nearly fifty years old since it's last remodeling, this dilapidated wooden bridge is the original link between the east and west sides of the city, and has been replaced in recent years by a newer bridge about two miles downriver. Although cars are no longer allowed to cross here, it is a favorite hangout for the population’s youth. Gangs and other shady characters tend to frequent the area at night, and the lack of street lamps across the expanse of the structure adds to the danger during the dark hours.
things matter when i say 'em

Kibas took long vigorous strokes to reach the opposite side of the river. He got there in no time, and shook himself off briskly before spinning about once again to face the one called Nicholas. "Then why aren't you helping your family? Why don't you come down here yourself so I can lay my fangs in your rump?" he spat loudly, laughing to himself. His tail waved proudly, lifting his head higher. Since when did he have to listen to them? He shook his head. "I guess that makes two cowards." He then turned to Ravenholm with a snarl. "Punk is more than what you'll ever amount to, brat!" he grinned toothily.
