Jerry, I agree with you whole heartedly. I believe that the majority here know the answers to number 1-4. The stickler is number 5. I have to get some clarification on this before I make a final decision. As for why the pension board would do the mail out is simply that they would want all of us to opt in. That is, as you well know, because if we opt out of this law suit you retain the right to file an individual lawsuit. The pension board is hoping that everyone would opt in so they can pay us the interest owed with the money set aside that belonged to us all along.
