JJ, I have another question to consider.

When Mr. Parker contracted his agreement with his Attorney, what was the "written payment agreement?" Why should I Opt-in to an agreement without the privilege of reading the Attorney/Client contract?

Within that Attorney/Client contact, Win or Loose this lawsuit, how much money or percentage did Mr. Parker agree to? Is that agreement binding to all those that decide to Opt-in?

I can't understand why the $100/$50 hold back money would not be paid, because it was part of the original 13th check and not part of the disputed interest payment.

I need someone to seriously convince me why I should Opt-in and participate in this lawsuit. Otherwise, I'm Opting-Out.
