IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON "OPT-OUT/OPT-IN" LAWSUIT
It is important to know that your Retiree's Association is working hard trying to get the best information to you, "the active retiree members", about the Opt-Out/Opt-In Class Action Lawsuit.
The Association has retained an Attorney to review the Lawsuit's and the opinion will be forthcoming with the Pro's and Con's of Opting-in or Opting-out, in the near future.
Whatever opinion and advice our attorney renders will be provided to all members of our association through a mailout similar to your newsletter. Therefore, it will not be posted on our web site. It is one of the privliges of your membership and a service your board will provide for the dues you pay.
For those wishing to become a member, please download the membership application from our website and mail it to our PO Box, asap. You will then be privilege to our communications.
