The attorneys' opinion has been received and will be going in the mail to all retirees who are members, recent members and those who financially supported our Dec. Action. The opinion should be received by April 6 or 7. Your question about how are you in a Class of a lawsuit that you didn't join. John Parker and his attorney has asked that all retirees be in the Class and the judge granted their request. The Trustees attorneys fought it but the judge granted the Class to Parker and his attorney. Now, if you want to get out of the Class, you must send in an OPT-OUT form. That is how we all got named into the Class. Read the attys opinion letter then decide which way you want to go. The decision will be yours. Hope this sheds some light on this matter for you and others.
