The opinion letter is being prepared for mailing. You should receive your copy by April 6 or 7, or sooner. The opinion letter will be mailed to all dues paying members, recent members and those who financially supported our Dec Action. Not every retiree will get a copy of the attorneys legal opinion, only those mentioned above. The opinion will not be posted on our web site.
