Re(2): OPT-IN, OPT-OUT

Scott,
To stay in or opt out is a personal decision. I am opting out for my reasons. I do think that once Loper was out of the way that the Trutees would have paid the check. This attorney wants $300-400thousand dollars for doing nothing. He took Lopers work and file the suit, and wants a small fortune. That is what attorneys do. I also think that all Retirees will get the same amount when the checks are cut. The judge may pay att. Thomas out of our money but I don't think he will. Att. Thomas should be seeking his money from the Trustees insurer. I actually don't know which is the best way to go. If I did, I would tell everyone. You know my personal choice, you must make yours.
Larry
