I think you will find that the goomer that wrote that email is just blowing smoke. If he was serious not to mention honest he would have posted his name.
I have never witnessed anyone trespassing up there and all those that I have talked to have not seen any trespassers either.
But I have been harassed by men that claimed to own property we were scanning and have been told that we were not allowed to stand on a "public road" and look into and over their property.
I do not beleive that there is anything in our laws or constitution that prevent that kind of activity on public property.
How about addressing that issue as well.
He may just be a disgruntled land owner angry about the restrictions put on land use by land owners or renters.
This is just my gut feeling and my own opinion.
