Club & Dog Insurance?

It was brought to my attention that in France now, the ring clubs must carry insurance for injury for the dogs trialing. I don't know all the details, but do know the teeth are examined prior to competing and also after. If a dog breaks a tooth during the trial, then the club hosting the trial has insurance to pay for the repair. I will be going through the process and "learning more" asap as my dog "Dexter" just broke a canine in competition on Sunday in France from a decoy spinning him on a face attack. But, that aside, I wonder if there exists in the USA or if it is possible for the French Ring organizations in North America to get with France and obtain such insurance that local clubs could purchase? Also, I know that Sportsman Insurance exists and is basically the only insurance for sport dog clubs. However, is it possible for the French Ring Organizations to get with an insurance company and then be able to offer the local clubs a better rate due to being a bigger group? I believe PSA does something like this for it's member clubs. I live in California where everyone is "sue-happy". Thanks in advance for any information on dog and club insurance.
