Many computers have Microsoft Office Access installed as a part of the Microsoft Office Suite. It is a very powerful database application. I'm sure one of us could develop the database to present a fill in the blank format and with the queries and reports section, you could keep track of anything you wanted and spit out reports within seconds. I use one now that tracks all the activities of 30 investigators, including interviews, referrals to outside agencies, notes on a case, etc. Just a thought... I have used one in the past that kept track of billing and payments.
