Ice Mountain

The Ice Mountain is much smaller than Wolf Mountain, yet climbing up it is far more difficult and shouldn't be attempted in winter. Some creatures collect the shiny stones at the peak of this mountain for necklaces.

Not that bad? Well, Tomahawk had that right. It was much worse. Eyes squeezed shut tightly, Sol was trying hard not to picture what it would look like to open them. All that space between her and the ground plus the speed she could only imagine Toma had decided to go. Well just the notion sent a bubble of sick into her throat. She took long, deep breaths in through her nose, not even hearing the growl from the body that carried here. The only think Sol could think right now was,'Tomahawk, you are SO dead when my paws touch the ground again'

The wolfess could barely hear the brute shout over the sound of wind, clearly unable to understand what he was saying. Next thing she knew, Toma had doubled his speed and she felt her stomach lurch dangerously. If she lived through this, he would not. The direction suddenly changed from a generally upward motion to plummetting down. Sol clung for dear life, not wanting to know what would happen if she didn't.

Suddenly Tomahawk's body collided with something hard, the rough impact sending her flying off the brute's back. The wolfess rolled several feet, tucking her limbs in so she wouldn't get hurt. Lucky for her, Sol was born with above average common sense. Tucking large paws under her body, the tall fem stood and dared to open her eyes, head swimming dizzily for a moment. She didn't hear Toma's words of concern, teeth gritting and icy eyes turning to him as he dashed away from her. What the hell was wrong with him!? A snarl rippled through the fem's chest and she bolted for the tri colored brute, leaping and tackling him roughly. That was not a pleasant experience and she'd be ####ed if he thought otherwise.

In mid-air from her leap, a ball of red and white fuzz caught the wolfess' attention from her peripheral vision. She hadn't paid much mind to where Toma was going or for what reason, and therefore had missed it before. Oh well, first things first, she'd promised herself to get even with that brute. Eyes darting back forward, the fem's black lips lifted over ivory teeth, a rippling growl sounding out of her chest. If Tomahawk didn't make some fast footwork, he was going down... and hard.
