Glad you asked. We learned from the Pension Chairman, Patrick Lynch, that the mediation will reconvene on Sept. 23. ON Sept. 24, after the regular pension board meeting, they will hold an executive session to discuss the mediation. Then the trustees will reconvene the pension board meting to handle any motions of the board, such as to settle or not settle. Will know more on the 24th.. Hopefully they can settle this mess and end this drawn out process. I wish I could give an educated guess about what they may decide but I don't have a clue. I will just have to wait and see how this plays out. I am hopeful that they will be able to settle this matter. It is way past time for it to be settled and all over. Will keep all posted on the evening of the 24th of Sept. Hope this answers your questions.
